The Armor UTN60 is a commercial grade, solvent based Aliphatic urethane coating that is designed to enhance and protect interior concrete floors. It offers resistance to surface abrasion, oil and gas, harsh liquids and chemicals, hot tire pickup, urine and blood, and more, making it one of the most versatile floor coatings on the market. When applied to a properly ground surface, the Armor UTN60 can provide up to 10 or more years of life. The Armor UTN60 works best when applied over the Armor Epoxy Primer. The Armor Epoxy primer allows for superior adhesion to the concrete. The Armor UTN60 is available in clear as well as several color options. Non-Slip additives and Matte packs also available.Color and non-slip additives need to be mixed into the coating prior to application.
