This 12V DC Power Supply with Power Cord will allow you to power your Eclipse from the "cigarette" style sockets found in most vehicles. When using the Eclipse 5 with 12V DC Power any Power Cartridge in the unit WILL automatically recharge. When using an Eclipse 2 or 3 with DC Power Power Cartridges in the unit WILL NOT recharge. COMPATIBILITY: Compatible with all Eclipse 2, 3 & 5 Series. This DC Power Supply is NOT compatible with original Eclipse 1. NOTE: For proper operation plug the DC Power Supply into your Eclipse BEFORE inserting it into the DC Power Outlet.
